We strive to minimize our environmental impact, and we need your help to keep deliveries sustainable. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully to ensure a smooth experience. Why We’re Prepaid-Only
We offer prepaid orders only (no Cash on Delivery) to save resources and shrink our environmental footprint. In India, nearly 1 in 3 COD orders gets sent back—imagine millions of packages crisscrossing the country, like autos stuck in a never-ending traffic jam! These returns burn through crores of rupees every year and pump out enough CO₂ to fill 1,000 hot air balloons (or drive a car from Mumbai to Delhi 75,000 times!). By choosing prepaid, you’re our eco-hero, ensuring your order travels once, saves money, and keeps our air cleaner. It’s like planting a seed for a greener India with every purchase!
Reasons for Returns
Courier Returns (Return to Origin - RTO)
If a product can’t be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if you’re unavailable during delivery, it’s marked as a “Return to Origin” (RTO). This doubles the carbon footprint of your order due to extra shipping. To support our eco-conscious goals, please double-check your address when ordering.
What Happens:
- The product is returned to us at our manufacturing hub in Chennai.
- We hold it for 15 days at no cost.
- You can reship it to yourself or another address within 15 days. Reshipping costs a small fee of up to ₹80 (a fair share to cover our expenses and stay eco-minded).
- If no action is taken within 15 days, we donate the product to charity to avoid waste, but no refunds or credits are issued.
Action Required:
- Double-check your address at checkout and after ordering to prevent RTOs.
- Visit the “Manage Returns” section in your Karma Koncepts account for RTO updates.
- Email support@karmakoncepts.in within 15 days to arrange reshipping.
- Product Quality Issues
If your product has a printing issue (e.g., blurry design on a notebook) or a defect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Like nature’s unique patterns, minor variations (e.g., slight color shifts or print alignment) reflect the beauty of imperfection, adding character to your order. Significant issues are rare, and we’ll address them promptly.
What We Need:
- Clear photos of the defective product.
- Email photos to support@karma-koncepts.com with your order details.
What We Do:
- We’ll verify the issue and replace the product at no cost to you, aligning with our eco-conscious commitment.
- The replacement ships within 3–5 working days after verification.
Broken Products
For fragile items like mugs, if your product arrives broken, report it within 3 days of delivery. Just as nature renews itself, we’ll ensure your order is restored sustainably.
What We Need:
- Photos of the broken product and original packaging, showing the shipping label and your details.
- Email photos to support@karmakoncepts.in with your order details.
What We Do:
- After verification, we replace the product at no cost, with shipping within 3–5 working days.
Lost in Transit
If your order doesn’t arrive, inform us within 3 days of the estimated delivery date.
What We Do:
- We’ll check with the courier and reprint and reship the product at no cost.
- The replacement ships within 3–5 working days after confirmation.
Cancellations
By You
- Contact support@karmakoncepts.in within 24 hours of ordering to cancel.
- If printing hasn’t started, we’ll cancel and refund the full amount as credits to your Karma Koncepts account.
- If printed or shipped, cancellation isn’t possible, as your unique product is already crafted.
By Us
We may cancel due to rare issues like product unavailability or pricing errors. If so:
- We’ll notify you via email.
- The full amount is refunded as credits to your account within the next ledger cycle (every 15 days).
Important Notes
- Unique, Custom Products: Our print-on-demand process creates each item just for you, supporting our eco-conscious mission to reduce excess production. Like a tree’s distinct branches, minor structural or design variations are nature’s touch, adding uniqueness. Returns for personal preferences (e.g., disliking a design) aren’t accepted, as each product is custom-made.
- No Size or Color Issues: Our one-size, one-color products eliminate mismatches, ensuring your order is as intended.
- Reshipping Costs: For RTOs, reshipping costs up to ₹80 to cover our expenses. Double-check your address to avoid this and reduce emissions.
