Shipping Origin: All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our manufacturing hub in Chennai, India.
Courier Partners: We work with trusted couriers [e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart – confirm your providers] to deliver across India. Tracking details, if available, are sent via email once your order ships.
Prepaid-Only: We offer prepaid orders only (no Cash on Delivery) to save costs and reduce carbon emissions. In India, 1 in 3 COD orders gets sent back, creating traffic-jam-like waste and CO₂ equivalent to thousands of car trips. By choosing prepaid, you’re our eco-hero, keeping your order’s journey efficient!

2. Shipping Costs

Flat Rate: Shipping costs approximately ₹60 per 500g, depending on your order’s weight and destination. The exact fee is shown at checkout.
Taxes: Shipping fees include applicable taxes, with no hidden charges.
Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions, announced on our website or via email. Check www.karma-koncepts.com for updates.

3. Delivery Timelines

Processing Time: Orders are printed on demand and typically processed within 2–3 working days.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 5–10 working days from the shipping date, depending on your location. Rural or remote areas may take longer.
Delays: External factors like holidays, weather, or courier issues may cause delays. We’ll keep you updated via email if this happens.
Tracking: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if provided by the courier). Check your spam folder or contact support@karma-koncepts.com if you don’t see it.

4. Address Accuracy

Double-Check Your Address: Please ensure your address is complete and correct at checkout. Include your PIN code, landmark, and contact number to help couriers deliver smoothly.
Why It Matters: Incorrect addresses lead to Return to Origin (RTO) cases, doubling your order’s carbon footprint—like taking two trips for one cup of chai! RTOs may incur a reshipping fee of up to ₹80, as outlined in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

5. Lost or Damaged Orders

Lost Orders: If your order doesn’t arrive by the estimated delivery date, notify us within 3 days at support@karma-koncepts.com. We’ll work with the courier to locate it or send a replacement at no cost.
Damaged or Defective Orders: If your product arrives broken (e.g., a cracked mug) or defective (e.g., blurry print on a notebook), report it within 3 days with photos, per our Returns and Refunds Policy. We’ll replace it for free.
Minor Variations: Like nature’s unique patterns, slight print variations (e.g., color shifts) add character and aren’t considered defects.

6. Return to Origin (RTO)

If your order can’t be delivered due to an incorrect address or unavailability, it returns to our Chennai manufacturing hub. You can reship it within 15 days for a fee of up to ₹80, or we’ll donate it to charity after 15 days. See our Returns and Refunds Policy for details.

7. Serviceable Areas

We ship to most PIN codes in India, subject to our courier partners’ coverage. If your area isn’t serviceable, we’ll notify you and refund your order as account credits within 15 days.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. If we expand internationally, we’ll update this policy and notify you via www.karma-koncepts.com.
