2. Using Our Services

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
  • Account: You may need to create an account to place orders. Keep your login details secure and notify us at support@karma-koncepts.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Accurate Information: Provide correct details (e.g., name, address) during checkout. Incorrect addresses may lead to delivery issues, and you may incur reshipping fees (up to ₹80, as per our Returns and Refunds Policy).
  • Prohibited Actions: Do not misuse our website (e.g., hacking, spamming) or attempt to submit designs, as all products are designed exclusively by Karma Koncepts.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • Prepaid-Only: We accept prepaid orders only (no Cash on Delivery) to reduce costs and carbon emissions. This supports our eco-conscious mission, as COD returns in India waste resources and add significant CO₂.
  • Pricing: Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update prices, but your order price is locked at checkout.
  • Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. All transactions are final once processed.
  • Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an automated order confirmation email with your order summary and a link to our Returns and Refunds Policy. If we cannot fulfill an order (e.g., due to stock issues), we’ll notify you and refund credits to your account within 15 days.

4. Product Details

  • Custom-Made: Our products are printed on demand, ensuring each tote bag, mug, notebook, or phone cover is crafted uniquely for you. All designs are created by Karma Koncepts; customers cannot submit designs.
  • One-Size, One-Color: Our items come in a single size and color per design, eliminating mismatches. Product descriptions (e.g., dimensions, materials) are provided to set clear expectations.
  • Minor Variations: Like nature’s unique patterns, slight print variations (e.g., color shifts, alignment) may occur, adding character. These are not defects, as outlined in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: Orders are shipped from our manufacturing hub in Chennai. Shipping fees (~₹60 per 500g) apply, as shown at checkout.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 5–10 working days, depending on your location. Delays due to couriers or external factors (e.g., holidays) are beyond our control.
  • Address Accuracy: Double-check your address to avoid Return to Origin (RTO) cases, which double your order’s carbon footprint. RTO reshipping costs up to ₹80, per our Returns and Refunds Policy.
  • Lost or Damaged Orders: Report issues within 3 days of the estimated delivery date or receipt, as per our Returns and Refunds Policy. We’ll replace defective or broken items at no cost.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns and Refunds Policy governs all returns, cancellations, and refunds. Key points:

  • Report defective or broken products within 3 days with photos to support@karma-koncepts.com.
  • RTO orders incur a reshipping fee of up to ₹80 if you choose to reship within 15 days.
  • No returns for personal preferences, as products are custom-made.
  • Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours if printing hasn’t started, with refunds as account credits.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Our Designs: All product designs are created and owned by Karma Koncepts.
  • Our Content: Website content (e.g., logos, product images) is owned by Karma Koncepts or our licensors. You may not copy or use it without permission.
  • Infringement Claims: Report suspected IP violations to support@karma-koncepts.com. We’ll investigate and may remove infringing content.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • As-Is Products: Products are provided “as is.” We’re not liable for minor variations (e.g., print alignment) or issues beyond our control (e.g., courier delays), as outlined in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
  • Maximum Liability: Our liability is limited to the order amount. We’re not responsible for indirect losses (e.g., lost profits) or damages from product misuse.
  • Force Majeure: We’re not liable for delays or failures due to events like natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

  • Jurisdiction: Disputes will be resolved in courts in Indore Division, Madhya Pradesh, India.
